You'll notice the colour of the comments directly relates to the comments'
score. The bottom comment in your screenshot has a score of -8, which
means a relatively large number of people believe their comment to be
incorrect or irrelevant. It's deliberately hard to read, because we don't
want you to pay too much attention to poor comments.
We try and moderate comments as best as possible, removing the worst
offenders regularly, but some remain for a while given the huge number of
pages and comments within.
