Bad links preventing download of build tools...

Hello PHP Webmasters, Please take a look at this page... http://www.phpbuilder.com/manual/en/install.windows.building.php The links for the windows build tools and the Windows DNS Resolver library do not work. They both appear twice on the page, and none of the links work. Instead of bringing up the respective download pages (or simply beginning the download), they take me to the Search page for PHP functions, reporting that functions going by those names do not exist. With PHP5 no longer bundling MySQL, requiring a user-driven compile of the language libraries to include this functionality, these downloads are going to be needed by many people -- myself included.
