Depends on what things are involved (I dont have really C knowledge, so working directly on the PHP source will not be really something possible.). I can help with docs or bugs for sure.

There are no requirements per se but typically people who work on other parts of the project (documentation, php-src, bugs, etc.) end up helping with the website because the website is secondary and something everyone can do. That said, are you interested in working with other parts too? :)
