The note-submission system on php.net does not appear to be working.
One cannot preview nor submit notes to the website.
The error is occurring on page:
http://us.php.net/manual/add-note.php?sect=book.mail&redirect=http://us.
php.net/manual/en/book.mail.php
The page posts back to itself, but does not do anything else. It also
truncates its url to just: http://us.php.net/manual/add-note.php
The page was accessed from : http://us.php.net/mail
Thank you,
Postmaster
