suddenly in Dutch

The PHP.NET site has suddenly switched to Dutch and there seems to be
nothing I can do about it. (I can't read or write Dutch, by the way.)
Specifically, if I call up www.php.net, it comes up properly in English.
But ANYTHING that I click on send it to a page in Dutch, with the address
listed as "http://be2.php.net".
Can you help with this issue? It's a bummer losing access to php.net.
