php.net remembers which language you viewed last time and continues to
provide you with that translation.
Furthermore, if you send a Dutch ACCEPT_LANGUAGE header you will be
shown the Dutch translation.
To change this either pick your preferred language on http://php.net/my.php.
There is also a "view this page in .." combobox at the top of each
manual page where you can pick a language you want to view the page
in.
