Question about PHP web site and it's focus on experienced scriptors.

Hello I have just recently been looked at for a job creating web sites using PhP. I am not a scripter in any means but from my interview I seem to know enough about other aspects of the computing world to get the job after some training. I see your site as being the most complete source for PhP info. The only thing I do not see is a guide directed at the new scripter. Those of us that have never written in html or any other code. What is the possibility of a section being created for fundamentals? If I have directed this question to the wrong area, my apologies please direct me the proper forum. Your time is greatly appreciated. V/R JCM
