The new "PHP For Windows" download page offers "Thread Safe" and "Non
Thread Safe" binaries but it doesn't provide any information to make a
choice.
Expected result:
----------------
Thread safety is a technical term that's likely to be unknown by most
PHP developers. There should be a brief explanation about its meaning
and consequences so the user is able to download the appropriate binary.
Actual result:
--------------
The left column contains a detailed explanation about VC6 vs VC9
versions but there's no mention to thread safety.
