Create a page containing nothing but <?php phpinfo(); ?>
It'll show you which compiler was used to build PHP and if its thread
safe or not.
...Or you could just tell us where exactly you downloaded it (full url
please)

Hi thank you for your fast response....
My PHP Version ist "PHP/5.3.0".
But i must say, that I am only using PHP since a few years and I don't
know, if I need it Thread Safe or not. I don't developing threads if you
mean this. And what "V9" is, I don't know :-)
Sorry for my bad English by the way....
