There are couple of threads going on right now about the redesign on
this list, I'd recommend you check out (and give your feedback) on
those:
"Site Structure: Header"
"PHP.net Site Structure"
"PHP.net Identity: Colors"
"PHP.net Update"
Unfortunatelly I can't seem to find a usable archive so I'd recommend
you either use a news client to connect to the nntp interface
(news://news.php.net/) or look up the ezmlm commands to retrieve whole
threads (send an blank email to php-webmaster-help@lists.php.net).. or
if you are really bored, use http://news.php.net to browse for
them :)
