Translating the manual requires major work, its not something one person can do over the holidays. If you can allocate a group of people to translate the manual I recommend you all send an email to phpdoc@lists.php.net showing your interest and ask how to get started. There used to be a group working on the translation, you could try mailing doc-nl@lists.php.net and see if someone is still subscribed to that list. -Hannes
