For your own personal display? Of course. As long as you attribute the original work to the PHP Group, you can translate it into any language you'd like. As for an official translation, it would be quite the undertaking for a single individual, but you may want to introduce yourself to the Docs mailing list at phpdoc@lists.php.net anyway. If you could get things started and moving toward a working translation, it would be a great asset to your peers who may not speak English, or prefer to use Dutch in any case. -- </Daniel P.
