Or people using the ISAPI as well, with php 5.2 even if it is not recommended.
Btw, that is not windows specific. Unix also has the TS/NTS depending
on which web server you use. Apache even has both (prefork or MPM). I
think this info should be part of the SAPI enduser documentation, not
only for windows.
