Domain name php.ca

Hi there, I am writing to inquire whether you have had any concerns with the registration of the domain name php.ca which I see from Whois is registered to TerraByte Inc., run by Drago Banovic. The reason I inquire is that Terrabyte recently registered a domain name that our firm had been using and which briefly lapsed. We are in the process of formulating a CIRA complaint in the matter to get the return of our domain name and are researching the background of Terrabyte Inc.
