It's currently (and appropriately) labeled as an unofficial mirror, so I see no problem here. I personally dislike unofficial mirrors for two main reasons: - They clutter search engine results - They often become outdated So while the php.ca mirror likely confuses a few people who think it's an official one, it is what it is.
