I doubt it.
All we want is to make the documentations available for those who want
to learn PHP.
If people do not contribute back to the docs then it is up to them.
Although it is morally wrong and goes against everything we stand for
we do make this possible.
Since this is a translated version of the manual I am unsure if the
'attribution' clause in the license actually applies.
And even if it did, I don't think there is anything we will do in the matter.
