As you've likely noticed, I sent an email to the mirror maintainer
regarding this issue. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, Roddy.

This shouldn't be considered "disturbing" in itself, as it's a
feature of load-balancing. However, I'm unable to reproduce this
issue. It is possible that the KR2 mirror was experiencing some
temporary technical difficulties. If you continue to have troubles
with that mirror, please reply to this email with the URL to the page
you're unable to view, as well as the page that linked to the
unavailable resource.
