I am resident in Korea and am having trouble accessing many of the pages indicated by links on pages whose addresses are provided by php.net. For example, at www.php.net/ there is a link to an introductory tutorial. When I click on it I am redirected to kr.php.net/tut.php where I am told that "No input file is specified". A similar phenomenon occurs in many places throughout the site.
Another disturbing feature of the site is that I am often directed to pages with a kr2 prefix. These pages invariably fail to open, but when I remove the 2 in the prefix and reload the page, I am able to access the information that I desire.
Please advise.
