But still ru.php.net mirror isn't working for me. As for the details, ru.php.net is resolved round-robin to 2 IPs: 78.41.109.135 and 93.93.89.135. While 2nd one seems to works ok for me, first one does produces this error. I've tried to reach it from other IP and everything was fine. So seems like for some reason it's configured not to accept connection from my IP. Here is the detailed telnet output: Connected to ru.php.net (78.41.109.135). Escape character is '^]'. If you want to set ru2.php.net as your preferred mirror, click on the "my php.net" link in the top right corner of the page, scroll to the bottom and select ru2.php.net under the "Mirror site redirection" heading.
