Personally I think that php.net is one of the best sites out there which documents a language. I was wondering if the CMS system that php.net is built on is freely or commercially available as I have a similar problem to solve - I need a high-quality system to document a language and it is not practical to try to develop something nearly equivalent to php.net myself.
Thank you.
