PHP-Style Manual

Hi! I am Megat Ahmad Sani from Malaysia. I have a website www.streetuniversity.my which is powered by Joomla One of the missions that I want to establish on this website is to make available for the public to access information what I call as "Knowledge, Skill, Wisdom Asset Repository" (KWSARepo). I particularly like PHP-Documentation type of manual where comments could be added to the main body. This would be embedded in a wrapper within Joomla. I have tried to search for this type of component and yet to find it. Note: A wiki might not be suitable for my purpose. I appreciate if someone could show me the right direction. BTW: Street University (uniStreet) would be based on "philanthromium" where lessons would be made available free with some premium for certain services.. Thanking you in advance. -- Megat Ahmad Sani
