Bug description:Link incorrect/Not working - OSTG.com
Description:

On the PHP.net website, on the left hand side of the page, under
"Community" there is a link to the OSTG website.
The link is to www.ostg.com. This address does not work. The address
"ostg.com" without the preceeding www. appears to work and reaches a
website for Geeknet.
