Since the websites are not directly updated from the SVN server, the fix might need some time to spread across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself. The link is to www.ostg.com. This address does not work. The address "ostg.com" without the preceeding www. appears to work and reaches a website for Geeknet.
