I assume the default Microsoft Paradox driver installed with NT 4 will access BDE 5.0... try setting up a System DSN on your server which connects to the paradox DB on the servers local drive. In "ODBC Data Sources" in the control panel, click the System DSN tab, and then click "Add...". You should see "Microsoft Paradox Driver" in your list of drivers for the data source.
