I am trying to use the mail function using the following code on IIS with
PHP 4 pl2:
<?
$mailTo = "gcprweb@hotmail.com";
$mailSubject = "test message from PHP";
$mailBody = "body of message";
$mailHeaders = "From: gcprweb@hotmail.com";
mail ( $mailTo, $mailSubject, $mailBody, $mailHeaders );
?>
Using ASP I was able to call the SMTP server using the following:
Set objWebMail = CreateObject("CDONTS.NewMail")
In my PHP.ini file I have my SMTP server set to gcpr_pal.prcgcpr.com and my
user name set to mpodwyso@gcpr_pal.prcgcpr.com.
When I run the page, I get the following error, which kind of baffles me.
Warning: Unknown error in D:\webroot\security\mailtest.php on line 13
Can anybody help me? Thanks!
