gd DLL

Does anyone have a compiled php_gd.dll which works with the standard 4.0.1pl2 binaries. I've tried the one from swwwing, but it makes php fail on startup with the error: The procedure entry point ts_resource could not be located in the dynamic link library php4ts.dll. I've tried to build a gd dll myself, but in the absence of a dsp project file in the source and of competence in my brain, I haven;t managed to brew up a version that works.
