Dear Alan,
My config:
WIN2000 SERVER
PHP4: php-4.0.1pl2-Win32 binaries
About mcrypt & crypt:
http://download.swwwing.com/php4/
In this site you'll find both complied modules and source projects for MS
C++. It appears not be full tested.
In fact, when I uncomment lines on my php.ini about php_mcrypt.dll and
php_crypt.dll the IIS service don't start. So, I need to set it to manual
startup, shutdown server, comment that lines and restart services.
The script fails on the line below:
$cript = encrypt($string,0,$mysecretpassword);
Thanks again for your interest in my problem.
