This is to Gavin: Hello, I am also having the same problem with Apache 1.3.9, php41.0.1pl2 and Win98(first edition) and mod_php4. I am going to post a message in the mod_php4 list about it later today. However for the time being, I have found a temporary workaround. Start the program(IE, or Go!Zilla) before you start Apache, and it should work. You might even be able to create more instances of IE, by using File-New-Window. JasonWP
