php install under win98 probs

Hi list - PHP working fine on various linux boxes, the problem seems to arise when trying to migrate php apps (eg phpwiki from soundforge) across to my laptop: seem to have a problem installing php under windows 98/PWS. When installed 3.0.16: ------------------ Can't get preg_match or preg_match_all function to work (Fatal Error... undefined function pref_match ) when installed 4.01p2: ---------------- Can't get dbm access to work ( with the PHP4 distrib, there doesn't seem to be a php_dbm.dll.) Hard to find online docs about PHP4... all very confusing Any ideas?
