Win32 Mod_PHP4

I had gotten mod_php4 from
http://www.geocities.com/ro_marius/mod_php4_inst.html
but I get random
crashes from php4ts.dll.
I was going to try php4.02-dev from
http://www.mm4.de/andreas.otto/php_related/mod_php4_win32/
but they don't give any installation instructions on how to install the
apache modual, just how to do it in CGI mode
Can anyone tell me of a good STABLE version of PHP4 compiled as an
apache modual or give me instruction on how to install this one..or tell
me why the other one is crashing...
