hmmm, well okay. first of all make sure your apache is up and running
without php.
then unzip the archiv lets say to c:\php. there is a directory called
dlls, move that dlls to your $windir\system(32) directory.
edit your http.conf and put the follwing lins into it:
LoadModule php4_module c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll
ScriptAlias /php4/ "C:/php/"
Action application/x-httpd-php4 "/php4/php.exe"
AddType application/x-httpd-php4 .php
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php4
now you'll have the cgi parsing the *.php files and the apache module
parsing the *.php4 files.
oh nearly forgot, put the php.ini into your $systemroot thats the
directory where you installed windows.
does it work now?
