Subject: [PHP-WIN] PUT method
Hi All!
I'm running Apache 1.3.12 and PHP 3.0.14 on a Win95 platform. I need
to use the PUT method to upload files (POST doesn't seem to cover my
needs). I tried the script and configuration in the instruction
manual, but I seem to be unable to even get to run the script: I tried
test scripts that only informed me if they were being executed, but
got no signal whatsoever.
The change to my httpd.conf was:
<Directory "d:/Apache/htdocs">
(... several directives)
Script PUT "d:/apache/htdocs/put.php"
</Directory>
(No security considerations for the moment, I first need the script to
run).
How can I get Apache to run a script to handle the PUT method under
Win95? I want to be able to update documents using simple WYSIWYG HTML
editor like Netscape composer or FrontPage.
Thanks,
Gonzalo.
