No real choice here... Must use MS Access... (well, come to think of it, I
could export the data into MySQL databases and go from there... hmmm)

Hi,
if yout even start learning, how to do database access, start up with the
following:
install MySQL from www.mysql.com, there are actual win32-binarys availible
download the phpmyadmin from http://phpwizard.net/phpMyAdmin/, this is a
frontend to
manage your MySQL-Databases! MySQL is the fastest and best implementation of
a
Database-System inside PHP.
