DLL Cygwin

Thanks for all and sorry for my english. it is not good. I ask to Admin of thiese list to publicate my msg with a attach file. The attach describe my problems with a bmp image. Thanks very much for this. My application it is web based (Apache and PHP). The script call a C++ pgm that have the same code for multi platform like: Unix, Linux, Win98 WinNT W2000 WXP. I want to have the same source code of the pgm. This it is must important for me because I reduce the mantenance cost. the pgm work fine in all Win32 system. I have a very hard problmes with W95 because the founction that have a msg of the bmp file it is not supported from the Win95 Kernel. I have need a help from anyone.
