dear S. H. Kang,

As i mentioned that i have openssl 0.9.7a, that i have
downloaded separatly and installed after installing
php. In this process i copied the files (.dll) in the
Winnt folder that came with the module over the files
that came with the php binaries. May be this would
have caused the problem.
Any way i have decided to use python cgi for file
uploads on the site. Thanks a lot for your and all
other people's prompt support and help.
regards,
Vivek Kumar
