max excution time...

I use php 4.3 with iis on win 2000 Some time my script return fatal error: Max excution time of 30 seconds.. even after only a couple of second i request the page randomly. How i can resolve this problem?? Or ther's a way to force the iis to rebuilt the php page if it's return this error instead of send the error to the client browser? thankz
