Help Saving to mapped drive on IIS, Windows XP

I have mapped a drive to a Windows 2000 box on my Windows XP box. Everytime I call move_uploaded_file and try to relocate it to the mapped drive I get the following errors:
Warning: move_uploaded_file(x:\forms\form.pdf) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to create stream: No such file or directory in x:\inetpub\wwwroot\test\testupload.php on line 11
Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move 'x:\PHP\uploadtemp\php347.tmp' to 'x:\forms\form.pdf' in x:\inetpub\wwwroot\test\testupload.php on line 11
I have checked the permissions and "Everyone" has permissions to write to that direcotry. Not the most secure but I am trying to get this to work.
Any help would be appreciated.
