I am getting some strange message when I do the following code: $word = new COM("word.application") or die("Unable to instanciate Word"); print "Loaded Word, version {$word->Version}"; $word->Visible = 1; $word->Documents->Add(); $word->Selection->TypeText("This is a test..."); $word->Documents[1]->SaveAs("Useless test.doc"); $word->Quit(); The problem I am getting on the browser is that: Loaded word version (8.0b) Warning: Invoke() failed: No description available in D:\webroot\lib\comtest.php on line 11 Warning: Invoke() failed: Exception occurred. in D:\webroot\lib\comtest.php on line 13 The lines it is talking about is: $word->Documents->Add(); and $word->Documents[1]->SaveAs("Useless test.doc"); Can someone shed some light on this? Thanks! Matt Podwysocki ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com
