The only thing I can think of is that he is not using a windows based machine on his server. If he is, my apologies since you didn't say what your friends machine is. Anyway, it does say in the php site that not all php functions are fully supported by windwows and hasn't been fully tested. So if your friend designed the scripts on a unix server which is fully supported and you are trying to import these scripts to a windows server, this may explain it. Otherwise I'm also stumped. -------------- Ronald Tezuka 378 Scottsdale Dr. Guelph, Ontario N1G2Z8 Canada (519)827-1372 -------------- On Fri, 2 Jun 2000, Pahle, Morten Gleditsch wrote: > Hi all. > > I posted the same question some time ago, without any answers, so I try > again. > > I have php 3 (or 4) with Apache running under Win 95. > > A php page sent to me by a friend, which works well on his server, does > not work for > me.
