Mail Server?

Is it possible to specify a multiple mail servers in the php.ini file? We
have php installed on our web server (W2K Server)and host a site that has it
own domain that makes use of out the mail function with php files. Instead
of us getting a reply back with bounced email messages and so on, is it
possible to specify to use their mail server for just their site?
