well, yes my smtp server is running
to illustrate this i tried following asp code
and i got a .eml file in my \mailroot\Queue
folder.
this is why i though there may b some mistake in php.ini file, cuz i have tried running the mail()
function lots of time on other computers , but here, i couldn't findout this error.
