Hi!, are u behind a router or gateway? because that ip that u are using is commonly used for LAN and intern DHCP's, thats not a www ip, just local, try to look for your correct ip, u can try at least www.whatsmyipaddress.com and verify your current ip and put it in your smtp line =P cya, hope that helps....
