hi,
i am not able to execute the htpasswd command from a PHP file. the exec
function returns 1.
but file_exists("/usr/local/apache/bin/htpasswd") returns true. the file
exits.
also i am passing proper parameters...
what could be the problem? can anyone help me in this regard please...
