I believe that the dl() function ONLY works in apache CGI mode. You can
*fake* apache & php4_mod into doing this load by running under php4/apache in
a mixed-mode (by adding both module and CGI lines to your httpd.conf) But,
this particular script will only run under CGI. Something to do with
thread-safety, as I remember.
Of course, I might be wrong... but that was my experience.
