First thing, try upgrading your apache to 1.3.12... this is the version of
apache under which the current dev (4.0.2dev) is compiled.
Second, uncomment ALL extensions in your php.ini and see if it then loads
correctly (after a reboot, of course :))
Let us know what happens after that.
