hi !
there is no Problem using all the elements of get_browser()
local on php3 and php4, cause I've set the correct values
and the newest browscap.ini at the correct location.
But (I hate this word) my ISP (Internet Service Provider) hasn't
any entry about browscap when I investigate with phpinfo(), just
'No additional information."
echo get_cfg_var("browscap");
answers nothing, so I've to suppose, that there is no browscap.ini-file
on that server. (Apache 1.3xxx PHP 3.0.16 UNIX) or it isn't set
in the ini-file of php3
I know that there are a lot of functions to get information obout
the current user, but that not the way I want to go :-))
Well, is there any other way to install my own browscap.ini and set,
sure temporary only, the ini-var browscap in php3?
(ini_set() is php4 only)
