Hi ,
sorry for a very late reply... I am catching up with old oracle related
postes...
I had a similar problem with apache on a alias pointing to a mapped drive.
Apache used to refuse to read from this directory. Running Apache as under
a different user who has access rights to the mapped directory on the other
NT box solved the issue. Hope this will help.
I wonder how you are running php4 to connect to Oracle. CGI or apache
module? I tried all the tricks mentioned here and had no success load Apace
when php is configured as a add on module, however it works fine as CGI. The
other day Daniel told me that people have successusfully configured it both
modes.
