It looks like php is trying to access an OLDER copy of php4ts.dll (the "thread safe"
php dll). Here's what I recommend to start... 1) stop Apache service. 2) search
for php4ts.dll on your local hard drive (using Windows "Find...") - search from the
root, including sub-directories. 3) Delete ALL copies of php4ts.dll from anywhere
on your local system, other than the one in your php root directory (where php.exe
is located) - leave that one. 4) Re-copy the php4ts.dll from your php root
directory into your %WIN% directory (c:\winnt or c:\windows - depending on your
OS). 5) re-add the php_oci8 extension in php.ini and restart apache.
That should get you over the FIRST hurdle of getting php working right... let me
know what happens after you do this.
