Has anyone tried the task of redoing ASP code for Index server or the search engine in PHP. I have done a good deal of it, but running into a problem when trying to display data. This is the following code:
$objQuery = new COM("ixsso.Query");
$querystring = $QUERY_STRING;
$objQuery->SetQueryFromURL("$querystring");
$objQuery->columns = ("filename,HitCount,vpath,DocTitle,characterization");
$rsQuery = $objQuery->CreateRecordset("nonsequential") or die("Cannot create set");
There are no syntactical errors in the previous lines. However, I am running into trouble trying to pull out the data.
echo ("<p><b><a href='" . $rsQuery["vpath"] . "'>" . $rsQuery["filename"] . "</a></b><br>");
echo ("<font size=-1>" . $rsQuery["characterization"] . "...</font><br>");
echo ("<font size=-2>" . $rsQuery["HitCount"] . " hit(s)</font></p>");
The function $rsQuery->RecordCount seems to work correctly, however, I just can't seem to get $rsQuery["vpath"] to get me any data. Any ideas?
