I have tried without the quotes around it. I have also tried using: $objQuery->Columns = (filename); What gets me is that it gives the error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: object() when I try like in ASP $rsQuery("filename");

OK, try COM_get($rsQuery, vpath) - without the double-quotes, since it likes Columns with no quotes :) -- Andy Hoffman Web Developer Bristol-Myers Squibb office: LVL G1.2607 email: andy.hoffman@bms.com phone: 609-252-5788
